Service Description

There is a lot to do in preparation for your new family member. After you book your initial appointment, you will receive a link to our client portal to submit you medical history information. It does take a bit to complete the forms and we recommend using a desktop instead of your phone. Please fill out all of the forms before submitting for our review. If you have started care with another provider we can request those records as well. At this appointment, we may also schedule childbirth classes, ultrasound and plan of care for the remaining part of your pregnancy. A fee of $200 is required for this appointment and goes toward you full fee. If you have private insurance, please also submit your insurance information to our home office when scheduling so that we can have your contract information ready the day of your appointment. Gabby is our Claim's Manager and we file under the midwife name, "Carolina Birth Center." Please bring insurance card. We do accept Medicaid but only the Absolute Total Care plan. Some fees do apply when using this plan. We value your time and have a tight scheduling calendar so that we can be available to all of our families. Initial appointment fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. Please only schedule when you are sure of your schedule and decisions. Meet the Midwife days are offered for question prior to blocking time on the calendar. You may wish to fill out a contact form to verify that you qualify and that your due date is available. DIRECTIONS: We have recently relocated and Google Maps occasionally still directs people to the old location. Verify that your GPS device is taking you to 111 Commons Way in Greenville (NOT SIMPSONVILLE). ALSO, the turn on to Commons Way can be tricky. We suggest turning into Zaxby's and then turning left on to Commons Way.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or change an appointment at least 24 hours in advance. There will be a $50 fee for appointments missed or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance of that appointment.
