Service Description
This orientation is for everyone considering using CWB that has not had an initial visit with us in the past. At this meeting, we will discuss qualifications and expectations. We will begin your chart with enrollment forms and create your client care online history portal as well as schedule future lab work. This session is perfect for those who have just had a positive pregnancy test as it reserves their due date on our calendar. Please bring your insurance information and the contact information for any other care provider you have seen this pregnancy.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel or change an appointment at least 24 hours in advance. There will be a $50 fee for appointments missed or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance of that appointment.
